Trakanon is a general of the Ring of Scale. After the death of Jaled Dar at the hands of Sebilisian Emperor Ganak, Trakanon, with dragon allies, descended on what was left of Sebilis and burnt it to the ground. He now bides his time at the summit of Veeshan's Peak, plotting his next move.
