High Priestess of the Awakened, Harla Dar, dwells here, spreading her thoughts and emotions to all dragon-folk within the Overrealm. Ireatan the Scale Eye explains that when the High Priestess dreams, her great power forces those around her to dream the same dream. Perpetually in mourning of her murdered husband and son, Harla Dar will not be too welcoming of those who would disturb her grief.
