This is a tower of the Void, similar to The Obelisk of Lost Souls. Inside, a shadowman ruler named Axxyk'Tuur has been tasked with infiltrating fae society in order to absorb them into the Void army, or if they should prove too resistant, simply burn their souls for energy. Through investigation it is revealed that Axxyk'Tuur and the Obelisk of Blight have another directive, once that involves the protection of a device capable of controlling a powerful Norrathian dragon.
