Praetor Pheris walks the balcony to the east of the zone-in point and up the north or south stairs. The key to this fight, easily the hardest in the zone, is to joust away from his bone wall the moment he starts to build it. Fight him in the middle of the balcony between the two alcoves with your back to one of them. When he starts to build the bone wall, joust backwards until it explodes and then get back after him. Rinse and repeat until he's dead. Shout out to Modok and Malven on Maj'Dul for the joust tip!!
Located at 203, -24, -25. Pure tank and spank. He will disarm you periodically. I just push through it.
