No need to kill any trash MOBs before you engage him. You'll need the Mucktails for later. He's up, near 126.70, -109.40, 44.14, when you zone in. Has a knockback. Wear a belt with a Stun rune on it so you're not stunned after the knockbacks. Except for the knockback, pretty much a tank and spank.
You can go straight to him after dispatching Kladnog. Call him by clicking on the skeleton bones at 245.71, -77.87, -21.80. Pure tank and spank.
