Fractured islands floating in a void of eternal dusk is all that remains of the Plane of Sky. The twisted jungles that lie atop these islands are dominated by the Droag, humanoid servants of the dragons. Many other bizarre creatures dwell here that while generally neutral, are quick to judge an outsider when they enter into a disagreement with one of their own.
Tenebrous Tangle is one part of the Overrealm, also called the Dragon Isles due to the presence of dragons and their underlings. The floating islands that make up the zone are chained in place above the 'Undercloud', which obscures the islands' locations to the land dwellers of Norrath.
