Travel within the Svarni Expanse is mostly by foot or mount. Flying mounts cannot be utilized until unlocked by completing the quest, Visions of Vetrovia: Into The Keep.
The Far Seas Trading Company has setup a makeshift raft 567, 3, 487 at Svarni Gateway to transport you to Kamapor, and a similar raft 202, 3, 445 exists there to transport you back.
