The first pair of gates is guarded by a pair of sentinels. The sentinel that is killed first determines which of the two gates opens. The right gate leads to bosses 1 and 2. The left gate leads to bosses 3 and 4.
Bosses 1 and 2 can be fought in either order. Bosses 3 and 4 can be fought in either order. Boss 5 becomes reachable after the first four are dead.
