To travel to this zone, use a Wizard Spire or go to Great Divide (Thurgadin Docks) using a world-travel Globe. After you land, locate and hail the flight master with a griffon at 1333, -540, 405. You initially land in Scar Bridge but can add deeper locations later.
Snow griffin stations are spread throughout the Eastern Waste to facilitate travel.
