You stumbled upon a peculiar gnome in the ashen crags of Lavastorm. He proposed a business deal with you to infiltrate a quarry where supposedly there is a group of dwarves under some time type of mind-control that causes them to mine day-in and day-out. If you are able to free them, the gnome could sneak in and take the mined ore for himself! Any other treasure would be yours for the taking, of course.
To gain access to the instance, progress through the dialogue with Klogg Bindgear III just outside the entrance in Lavastorm at -199.63, -4.44, -359.81.
