This is a 12 player (x2) raid instance, often known simply as "the crab". Initially, Bonesnapper is inactive. Right-click and "disturb the crab" and it will spawn a group of four heroic mobs and become attackable.
Bonesnapper has a high-damage cold AoE and power drain. You cannot move out of range of this AoE, it hits everyone in the zone. However, its damage is affected by how close you are to Bonesnapper. It hits harder at close range but drains more power if you stay further away.
