Seeress Ealaynya Ithis in North Qeynos returned from a visionary trip to announce she had become the acknowledged prophet of Rodcet Nife. As this world event unfolded, it became clear that there were greater forces at work in the land, not all happy with this news.
The quests for Raising the Banner are not aligned for good and evil like the other world events in this series. Any person can do these quests regardless of alignment. The quests associated with this event have been referred to as the D.I.R.T.Y. quests and do not follow as strict a completion order as the other quests in previous world events.
