You need to be a lvl 93 crafter to start the quest. Captain Ethan of the Far Seas Trading Company kicks things off with mail to you. The company has been hearing reports of travelers going to Ethernere and is interested, as always, in learning more. After reading your mail, meet Captain Ethan in the Village of Shin.
