Permafrost is the bastion of the Kromise Ice Giants. They are worshipers of Vox, the White Dragon, and will protect her at all costs. There are no NPC Quests obtained inside the zone, and the main questline is very straight-forward. The majority of time questing here will involve farming the giants for their book drops, which provide an excellent source of Norrathian lore.
