There is little in the way of questing in this terraced fortress. The Rujarkian Orcs treat all explorers with hostility and any would-be traders with suppression. As a result there is all but one quest giving NPC found within and the majority of quests come from uncommon drops. Keep your head low as you climb your way about this orc-infested canyon.
EDIT: These are still obtainable as of April 2020, may require several kills before key drops. UPDATE: These eight Key quests are still active as of December 2025. These eight keys include the Key of Coins that must be completed before finishing the other seven Key quests.
